This Privacy Policy describes how Soulove App ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use our website and services available at https://soulove-new.com (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, a chosen username, and an encrypted password. If you sign in via a third-party provider, we receive a basic profile (name and email).
Conversation data. Messages you exchange with AI companions are stored to enable long-term memory features and cross-device sync. Conversations are encrypted at rest. No human at Soulove App reads your private messages.
Usage data. We collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and timestamps to keep the Service running and to detect abuse.
Payment data. Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers. We never store full card numbers.
2. How we use information
We use the information to provide and improve the Service, personalize your experience, prevent fraud and abuse, communicate important updates, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure performance. You can manage cookie preferences via the banner shown on first visit. See our Cookie Policy for details.
4. Sharing of information
We share information only with: (a) service providers who help us operate the Service under strict confidentiality (hosting, analytics, payments); (b) legal authorities when required by law; (c) successors in a corporate transaction, subject to this policy. We never share your private conversations for advertising.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual memories, full conversations, or your entire account at any time from settings. Deletion is permanent within 30 days.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email privacy@soulove-new.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Children
The Service is intended for adults 18+ and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has provided us data, we delete it.
8. International transfers
We may store and process data in countries other than where you live. When we do, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to protect your rights.
9. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and continuous monitoring. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with the updated date, and notify you of material changes by email or in-app.
